The announced inventory is a handful of RIPE blocks (212.26.128.0/19, 212.80.32.0/19, 178.211.96.0/19, plus smaller assignments), consistent with a metro operator that has accumulated space over two decades rather than a national carrier.

Notable

• ADAMANT has historically also sold colocation, dedicated servers and IP transit alongside its access business, so not all of this space is eyeball; the 212.26.x and 194.32.x blocks look more like server and corporate assignments than the 212.80.32.0/19 home network.
• The company operates its own fibre in Kyiv and peers at Ukrainian exchange points.

Interesting

The homenet zone label is the tell that separates ADAMANT's consumer product from its hosting side.
