UTIC_Autonomus_System belongs to the University of Sarajevo, and

specifically to UTIC, its University Teleinformatic Centre, which has long acted

as the academic network operator for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What it's used for

• Connectivity for the University of Sarajevo's faculties and institutes, and for the wider Bosnian research and education community that UTIC serves.
• About 8,200 IPv4 addresses, essentially all of it the single legacy block 195.130.32.0/19 plus the individual /24s carved out of it.

Notable

• Reverse DNS is dominated by travnik.bbone.utic.net.ba — a backbone router name (bbone) answering across many of the sampled /24s, with a linhost1.utic.net.ba server alongside. That is academic-network infrastructure, not subscriber addressing.
• The .net.ba domain and the utic label reflect UTIC's historical role: it ran the country's first internet connection and for years also administered the .ba top-level domain.
• Four observed BGP neighbours and a contiguous /19 — the shape of a national research network that has held the same space since the late 1990s.
