European hosting group team.blue. The network is better known by the brand that

still owns its rDNS: Namesco (names.co.uk), a Worcester-based web host and

domain registrar.

What it's used for

• Shared and managed web hosting. About 41,000 IPv4 addresses across five prefixes plus an IPv6 /32, with a single BGP neighbour — a hosting network sitting behind its upstream, not a transit provider.
• The rDNS is unmistakably hosting infrastructure under namesco.net: database servers (mysql1-remote), backup hosts, monitoring, mail and named edge/aggregation routers. Customer-facing space is generated as N.PREFIX-DASHED.ippool.namesco.net — shared hosting IP pools, one PTR per address.
• A second pool zone, ippool.ndo.com, covers the 212.84.96.0/19 and belongs to an acquired ISP whose naming was never migrated.

Notable

• Hosting, not access. There is no dynamic, DSL or PPPoE subscriber naming anywhere in the space — every address is either a named server or a slot in a shared-hosting pool.
• The handle is a fossil twice over. ISIONUK refers to Ision, an early European hosting company long since absorbed; the legal holder is now team.blue; and the rDNS still says Namesco. Three generations of owner, one AS number.

• team.blue was assembled from dozens of national hosting and registrar brands across Europe. The group's strategy of keeping local brands alive is why the registry, the DNS and the marketing all name different companies here.
