The corporate Autonomous System of Isabel N.V. (ISABEL), the Brussels-based

Belgian fintech behind the Isabel 6 multibanking platform. Isabel sits between

Belgian companies, accounting firms and hundreds of European banks, and operates

under the supervision of the National Bank of Belgium.

What it's used for

• Isabel's own platform infrastructure: the multibanking and payment-initiation services, e-invoicing and document-exchange products, and the secure links it maintains to its partner banks.
• The announced space is one coherent range (195.122.96.0/20, carved into many /24s) plus a couple of extras, registered with the netname ISA-NET in Brussels. That is an enterprise inventory, not a provider's.

Notable

• Financial-sector enterprise space. These addresses belong to Isabel and its platform, not to customers. There are no subscriber or hosting pools, and almost no public reverse DNS is published on the block.
• Very few observed BGP neighbours: the company multi-homes to a small set of upstreams, the normal posture for a regulated financial-infrastructure operator that wants resilience rather than reach.
