NEBUSRT is held by Neburst LLC, a small cloud/VPS and colocation provider

selling Asia-Pacific-optimised virtual servers. The low AS number is not an

early-internet pedigree: ARIN registered the organisation in January 2025 and the

ASN a few weeks later, so this is a reissued number with a modern holder.

What it's used for

• Virtual-server hosting out of Asia-Pacific points of presence. The evidence lines up in three places at once: the netnames on its /24s are NEBURST-TYO, NEBURST-HKG and NEBURST-SIN, the prefixes are registered to Neburst Networks at Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore addresses, and the reverse DNS resolves to per-PoP names such as host-by.tyo.neburst.com.

Notable

• This is a hosting network. Addresses here are servers rented to customers, not subscriber lines — a common source of automated traffic, and a normal thing to see behind proxies and VPN endpoints.
• Its inventory is scattered /24s inside 23.128.0.0/10, roughly 2,048 addresses plus three IPv6 /48s, acquired one block at a time through 2025 and 2026. That fragmentation is worth noticing because it is also the address-broker shape — but here the blocks are registered to the operator itself and carry first-party rDNS, which is exactly what a broker's inventory does not.
• The customer base and the peering skew heavily toward mainland-China-optimised routes, so the addresses are US-registered while the servers are in APAC. Do not geolocate them to the registry country.
