• Sooner's own edge and the customer systems it manages and hosts. Reverse DNS shows both sides plainly: infrastructure on sooner.com (router.sooner.com, dc-firewall-01-…, dc-mgt-nat…) and named customer hosts and VPN concentrators in the same space.
• The addresses actually in use are two small blocks registered to Sooner Technology with ARIN: 204.69.233.0/24 (1994) and 206.225.56.0/23 (2002).

Notable

• Its address count is misleading. Roughly 65,000 of its ~66,000 IPv4 addresses are a single legacy /16, 143.187.0.0/16, whose ARIN registrant is Ross Technology, Inc. — the defunct Austin SPARC microprocessor company, unrelated to Sooner. That /16 carries no reverse-DNS delegation whatsoever.
• Treat the /16 as dark space announced on behalf of a third-party legacy registrant. It should not be geolocated or attributed to Sooner Technology, and any ranking that weights this AS by address count badly overstates it.
• The ASN itself was registered with ARIN in 1997, so the number is a genuine legacy allocation.
