• This is enterprise space, not consumer or hosting space. A connection from 169.153.0.0/16 is a Tech Data / TD SYNNEX system or an employee behind the corporate network.
• The ARIN records still say Tech Data Corporation with the Clearwater address, years after the SYNNEX merger — the registry lags the corporate identity, as it usually does. The operating company today is TD SYNNEX.

Interesting

• A distributor of this size is one of the classic reasons a non-technology-vendor enterprise ends up holding a full /16 from the early 1990s: the address space was cheap and abundant when Tech Data was building out, and the block has stayed with the company through every subsequent rename and merger.
