• This is university address space. A connection from it is far more likely to be a campus machine, a library proxy user or a research host than a home broadband user — the library EZproxy service in particular means scholarly-database traffic from students off campus can appear to originate here.
• The -Z suffix on the university's ARIN organisation handle is a records-cleanup artefact, not a sign the allocation changed hands. The 1989 registration is genuine and puts UPEI among the early Canadian academic networks.
