• Serving Sabay's content platforms. The network declares a heavy-outbound traffic ratio, which is the signature of a content or media network pushing data to users rather than an access network pulling it in.

• The company holds several other ASNs; AS7712's downstream neighbours are its own sibling ASNs rather than unrelated customers, so this is one AS inside a small in-house group, not a transit business.

• The corporate entity behind the ASN also runs Cambodia's neutral internet exchange (CNX), an open exchange founded in 2008 with dozens of ISP members, sustained partly by equipment and staff contributed by Sabay Digital. The exchange fabric and this AS are different things sharing a company name.
