What it's used for

• The honest answer is that it is hard to tell. The AS announces around 29 prefixes and 8,400 IPv4 addresses, and almost none of that space carries live reverse DNS — unusual for a network with real users behind it.
• The prefixes are a patchwork rather than a coherent allocation: a /24 registered directly to the company, RIPE-region blocks in 91.225.227.0 and 92.52.214.0, a /23 that is a Cogent customer assignment in the UK, and ARIN blocks whose reverse DNS still points at long-dead Speakeasy DSL infrastructure in Seattle.
• Several of the ranges are maintained under IPXO and related address-leasing maintainers, which is the signature of space rented on the transfer market rather than allocated to and used by the operator.

Notable

• A genuine communications provider rides addressing that matches its service area and populates reverse DNS for its customers. Space assembled from three RIRs, leased through a marketplace, and left dark instead reads as address leasing — so this card deliberately does not assign it a category.
• The low AS number is not early-internet pedigree. ARIN registered both the organisation and this ASN in January 2025; the number was reclaimed from a previous holder and reissued.
