RACTI-NET is the network of the Computer Technology Institute and Press

"Diophantus" (CTI), a Greek research institute based on the University of Patras

campus in Rio, near Patras.

• The address space is a single legacy 150.140.0.0/17, registered as CTINet. The registry record describes CTInet as the core of PATRASnet, providing that network's gateways to national and international connectivity, so this ASN is the gateway AS for academic networking in the Patras area rather than a purely internal institute LAN.
• The AS handle still carries the older "RACTI" name (Research Academic Computer Technology Institute), a fossil of the institute's previous branding, while the organisation record uses the current "Diophantus" name.
