operator formerly known as Telcel.

• Consumer internet access in Venezuela: mobile data for Movistar subscribers plus fixed and dial-up-era access lines.
• Reverse DNS across its ranges still resolves under telcel.net.ve, and subscriber pools show classic access-network naming such as mcbo1-ppp003.t-net.net.ve (mcbo for Maracaibo).

• An eyeball network of roughly 380,000 IPv4 addresses. Traffic originating here is overwhelmingly from Venezuelan consumers, not from servers.
• Managed under LACNIC, the regional registry for Latin America and the Caribbean, even though the AS number itself sits in a low range historically administered from North America.
