EPFL-AS is the Enoch Pratt Free Library, the public library system of Baltimore and Maryland's designated State Library Resource Center. Despite the handle, this is not EPFL in Lausanne; the ARIN registrant is the Baltimore library.

• The technical contact on the ASN is registered as the Sailor network engineer, which is the clearest confirmation that this AS is the library-network backbone and not the library's office LAN.

Interesting

• The handle is a genuine trap: EPFL reads instantly as École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, a Swiss university, and the AS is in fact a US public library. Registry handles reward being read carefully.
