CREDO-TELECOM is JSC "Credo-Telecom", a Russian internet provider operating out of the Rumyantsevo business park on the Kievskoye highway south-west of Moscow. It serves Moscow city, the Moscow region and parts of Kaluga oblast.

• This is a residential access network first. The company's own marketing leads with home tariffs and suburban WiFi coverage, and the prefix inventory backs that up.
• Credo-Telecom heads a group of regional operators including Kolibri Telecom in Serpukhov and Naro-Fominsk, so the AS aggregates several local brands under one number.

• Its routing policy pulls Yandex routes directly and sits on the Moscow route servers. For a Russian eyeball ISP, a direct path to the dominant domestic content platform matters more than international transit quality.
