• Announcing a handful of small IPv4 prefixes plus an IPv6 block, with transit from several major carriers and peering at internet exchanges.
• A small, multi-homed operator network rather than a large ISP, hosting provider, or institution.

Notable

• The low AS number is misleading. This number was reissued: the current registration dates to 2021, so it carries none of the early-internet pedigree that a number in the 3600s might otherwise suggest. Low AS numbers are routinely reclaimed and handed to modern holders.
• Public registry data says little about what the network actually carries, so this card stays deliberately thin rather than guessing.

Interesting

• AS3653 is a good worked example of why you cannot read a network's age from its AS number alone. Its neighbours in the 3600s are 1990s universities and carriers; this one is a 2020s allocation wearing an old number.
