The aut-num is maintained by mnt-pa-flyservers-1, and 141.98.83.0/24 — the block most lookups land in — carries netname GLOBALHOST-NET with GLOBAL-HOST NETWORK OPERATIONS as its contact, maintained by that same mnt-pa-flyservers-1. Global-Host is Flyservers' branding on the address space, not a separate company.
• Geolocation reads Panama because the registrant is there. The AS number was registered on 2019-01-14 under RIPE-NCC-END-MNT, and the announced infrastructure is European.
• The company website is not hosted on its own network. flyservers.com resolves to 45.227.255.30, inside [AS43350](https://asn.ipinfo.app/AS43350) (NForce, NL).

Interesting

• Unusually clean reputation for a Panama-registered offshore-adjacent host: not in Spamhaus ASN-DROP, and none of its prefixes appear in Spamhaus DROP. Most of the networks it gets grouped with are in one or both.
• Reverse DNS is empty across 141.98.82.0/24 and 141.98.83.0/24. The one prefix that answers gives a server name, core.smartsolutions-net.com on 179.60.145.1, which is the only visible hint of a tenant brand.
• No PeeringDB record, so registry data and rDNS are the only handles on this network.
