What it's used for

• Pharmaceutical enterprise networking. The AS originates seven IPv4 prefixes, around 65,000 addresses, anchored on the 148.168.0.0/16 that RDAP shows registered to Pfizer, plus a /24 from 146.240.0.0 — registered under the UPJ handle, which is also Pfizer: Upjohn, the pharmaceutical company Pfizer absorbed through Pharmacia. That is intra-group history, not third-party space.
• No IPv6 is announced from this AS.

• Only two neighbours are observed. A network holding a full /16 but peering with a couple of upstreams is the classic enterprise silhouette: lots of addresses, almost no peering relationships, because it buys transit and sells nothing. Contrast a carrier of the same address size, which would show hundreds of neighbours.
