• A /19 from a competitive local exchange carrier of this size is the subscriber and service pool: customer access, the company's hosted mail and web offering, and its own infrastructure.
• No IPv6 is announced from this AS.

Notable

• Three observed neighbours. A small number of upstreams against 8,000 addresses is the access-network shape — the addresses go to customers, not to peering relationships. A carrier with a wholesale business would show orders of magnitude more neighbours for the same address count.
• Nothing about the inventory is unusual: one aggregate, one registrant, one RIR. Small regional ISPs are the most common thing in this AS range and this is a clean example of one.

Interesting

• ARIN registered the ASN in 1999 and e-Tel still holds it, which makes this one of the genuinely long-lived operators here rather than a recycled number — a distinction worth checking rather than assuming from the low AS number.
