The rDNS points at Carib-Link Limited, not at Cablenett — which looks like a mismatch until you check the address. Carib-Link operates from the same Woodford Street premises in Port of Spain. These are sister operations sharing infrastructure, an intra-group arrangement, not a third party wearing someone else's network. RDAP lookups on all six prefixes failed during collection, so the registrants are simply unknown here; that is a gap in the evidence, not a clearance and not a finding.
