IPGLOBAL is IP Global, LLC of 3960 Braxton Drive, Houston, Texas, a regional network and colocation operator serving business customers in the Houston area. Unlike most of this batch it is a provider, not an end site, though a small one.

What it's used for

RIS shows seven IPv4 prefixes totalling 13,312 addresses, one IPv6 prefix (2606:200::/32), and three observed BGP neighbours. The largest block is 65.183.32.0/19, with the rest a set of /22s and /23s.

The registrant column looks like a mismatch at first glance and is not one. Six of the seven prefixes are registered to Local Connections, Inc., not to IP Global. Local Connections' ARIN address is 3950 Braxton Street, Houston, the same address block as IP Global's own. The two are the same operation under two names, so this is intra-group space, not the several-unrelated-registrants pattern that flags leased or brokered inventory.

Reverse DNS confirms the provider role. Sampled addresses resolve to first-party generic hostnames under ipglobal.net and lconn.net (node48-5.ipglobal.net, 216-110-28-5.lconn.net), the default naming an ISP puts on customer and access space, plus cache1.ns.ipglobal.net for its own infrastructure. One sampled address resolves under postoakschool.com, a Houston private school, so at least some of the space is delegated to end customers who run their own rDNS.

Three neighbours is a small transit footprint. This is a local provider, and the mixed colocation and access naming across its blocks reflects a business built on both.
