ESL63 is Enom Solutions LLC of Teaneck, New Jersey, a small IT-services company whose offering spans network design, colocation, virtual dedicated servers and managed security. Despite the name, it has nothing to do with the domain registrar eNom.

What it's used for

The network is tiny: one IPv4 prefix, 190.151.137.0/24 (256 addresses), no IPv6, and two observed BGP neighbours. The prefix is not registered to Enom Solutions but to an org called 3nom, at 1110 Palms Airport Drive, Las Vegas, a data-centre address. On its face that is a registrant-holder mismatch, the pattern worth checking for leased or brokered address space, so it is worth stating why it clears. ARIN lists the technical contact for the 3nom block as Avrohom Liberman, who is also a named manager of Enom Solutions LLC. Same principal, near-identical trading name, one prefix: this is the same small operator wearing two entity names, not an unrelated third party. The single /24 behind two upstreams reads as hosted or colocated services on the company's own space.

Notable

The prefix sits inside 190/8, a range otherwise administered by LACNIC for Latin America and the Caribbean. LACNIC's own RDAP service refers queries for it back to ARIN, which records it as a direct allocation made in December 2021. It is a reminder that a prefix's /8 is not a reliable guide to its registry or its geography.
