Notable

• All five prefixes are registered in ARIN to Tulsa Community College itself, under network names abbreviating the college's former identity as Tulsa Junior College. Self-registered space announced by its own registrant is the cleanest possible confirmation that the AS holder is the real operator, with nothing leased in from a third party.
• The four contiguous /24s plus one older, unrelated block are the fingerprint of an institution that acquired address space in two eras and never renumbered.
