Not determined. RIS observes no IPv4 prefixes at all and three IPv6 prefixes: 2602:f700::/48, 2602:f700:2::/47 and 2602:f700:53::/48, against two observed BGP neighbours. An IPv6-only AS with a couple of upstreams is unusual but perfectly legitimate; it is simply too little routing surface to infer a workload from.

The addressing is self-registered. ARIN records 2602:f700::/48 under the netname ZANA-TECH-PRIMARY to Osir, Inc. at the same Newark address, created in February 2025. So the announcer and the registrant are the same party, and the space is not being flown for a third party. Two names for one operator (the handle's ZT, the netname's ZANA-TECH) is naming, not a red flag.

The evidence stops there. A web search turned up no public presence under either name, no reverse DNS was captured for the announced IPv6, and there is no IPv4 to sample. A Delaware suite address plus a 2025 registration is consistent with a small or newly formed operator, and equally consistent with several other things.

With no observable use, the honest answer is other at low confidence. Guessing hosting from an empty routing table would be inventing a finding.
