What it's used for

• Retail telephony, broadband and wireless internet for the cooperative's members: household and small-business subscribers in and around its home town, plus localities reached through agreements with neighbouring cooperatives. This is a classic Argentine cooperativa, the same organisational form that carries much of the country's non-metropolitan access network.
• RIS sees 147 IPv4 prefixes / 20,480 addresses, 9 IPv6 prefixes, and 5 observed neighbours. Note the shape carefully: a very high prefix count against a small address count and almost no peers. That is not a carrier. It is a small operator that has accumulated many separate LACNIC blocks and deaggregates them heavily, which is common among cooperatives that grew a /24 or /22 at a time.

• Every prefix in the pack is registered at LACNIC to the cooperative itself — the 179.60, 190.11, 190.106 and 200.3 ranges are all held by the same entity that announces them. Nothing is third-party, nothing is out-of-region.

• The dense deaggregation (147 prefixes for 20k addresses) is a routing-table cost that buys the co-op little; it reflects fragmented allocations rather than traffic engineering.
