ENNWISE-AS is Ennwise, a small managed-IT and hosting provider registered at 419 Main

Street, Huntington Beach, California. Despite the low AS number, ARIN records the ASN as

registered in February 2020 — this is reissued space, not an early-internet network.

What it's used for

• Ennwise sells managed service plans, security monitoring, cloud/infrastructure consulting and its own VPS hosting to businesses "from small teams to over 100 users". The AS carries that hosting estate plus the networks of a couple of managed customers.
• RIS sees 7 IPv4 prefixes / 1,792 addresses, 2 IPv6 prefixes, and only 2 observed neighbours. Two upstreams and under 2,000 addresses is a single-site provider, not a carrier — the neighbour count rules out any transit role.

Notable

• Most of the inventory is self-registered: 192.163.28.0/22 and its more-specifics, plus 23.136.44.0/24, all sit under ENNWISE-NET-00 / Ennwise at ARIN.
• Two prefixes are registered to third parties: 208.91.103.0/24 to Signal Restoration Services (a large commercial property-damage restoration firm in Troy, Michigan) and 165.140.252.0/24 to Westrock Restoration LLC. On its face that resembles the leased-address-space pattern, but it does not hold up: both registrants are real, findable operating companies in the same industry, everything is ARIN-only, and the space is announced by their IT provider. This is an MSP announcing customer blocks, which is normal.
• The one sampled PTR, managed-by.skylinkhosting.llc, points at hosting rather than end-user access, consistent with the VPS side of the business.

• The customer pair suggests a vertical: two disaster-restoration contractors on the same small MSP's AS.
