It is a real, findable business with a physical data centre — its own material describes high-density colocation from partial cabinets upward, and it claims to host several million domains at the Provo site.

Hosting and colocation address space. RIS observes 165 IPv4 prefixes carrying about 55,800 addresses, no IPv6, and only 4 observed neighbours. That combination is worth reading carefully: 165 prefixes against four upstreams is not a peering-heavy carrier, it is a fragmented address inventory announced from a small number of transit links.

The inventory is genuinely untidy: mostly /24s scattered across many unrelated /8s — 23, 50.114, 108.165, 136.0, 142.111, 166.0, 166.88 — plus larger RIPE-region blocks held through Ace's own RIPE LIR account, so both registries are in play at once. Scattered multi-RIR /24s are also the shape of address leasing, so the registrants matter: every prefix that resolves comes back to Ace Data Centers itself, not to unrelated third parties, and the sampled reverse DNS is first-party ips.acedatacenter.com. Self-registered space with first-party rDNS is a real operator, however messy the inventory looks.
