The registrant list is the interesting part. The 160.33 blocks are registered to Sony Corporation of America, while the one RIPE-region /24 is registered to Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe — different legal entities from the AS holder, but all inside the same corporate group. That is intra-group history, not the several-unrelated-third-parties pattern that marks leased or brokered address space, and it is exactly what a company that has been reorganised and renamed several times looks like in the registries.

Notable

The address estate carries the fossils of Sony's gaming reorganisations. SCEE on the European /24 is Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, the name retired when the games business was consolidated as Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2016, and the IPv4 blocks still sit under Sony Corporation of America's older network handles. The registries kept the old names long after the org chart moved on.
