CLOUGIX-11775 is Semina Tempus, LLC, trading as Clougix — a small cloud and network operator registered to ARIN at New Carlisle, Ohio, with ops@clougix.com as its sole point of contact. ARIN issued the AS number in October 2023, so despite the low number this is a recent, reissued allocation and not an early-internet network.

What it's used for

Cloud compute and network services, on a much smaller footprint than the operator advertises. RIS sees 3 announced IPv4 prefixes — 768 addresses — one IPv6 block at 2607:7340:1000::/36, and 5 observed BGP neighbours. The only address that answered in reverse resolves to v256.bdr1.sna1.clougix.net: a border router, named for a Santa Ana, California site, wearing the operator's own domain. So the network is real and self-operated, and it terminates somewhere other than its Ohio registration address — normal for a company registered in one state and racked in another.

Self-description and inventory disagree here, and the inventory wins. PeeringDB lists this network as an enterprise and network service provider carrying 10–20Gbps across 50 IPv4 prefixes; the routing table shows three prefixes and under a thousand addresses. Clougix's own website is a "coming soon" placeholder. Every PeeringDB field is self-reported, so the honest read is a small operator early in its build-out, described in the terms it hopes to grow into.
