ELEVATED1 is Elevated MSP, LLC, a managed-IT and colocation provider based at 27 Miller Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, operating a data centre in nearby Harrisburg. The AS carries hosting, colocation and managed-server space for the provider and its customers, not consumer access.

What it's used for

RIS shows a small, tightly held footprint: 8 IPv4 prefixes totalling 2,048 addresses, all of them /24s, with no IPv6 and only 2 observed BGP neighbours. That neighbour count is the giveaway for a regional hosting operator rather than a carrier — a wholesale transit network of any size peers with hundreds of ASes. The reverse DNS is consistent with a colocation and hosted-services estate: sequential static.netrepid.com names across most of the space, a dnscache2.paonline.com resolver, an apps.netrepid.com service host, and an edge router named ae2.edr3.hbg.pa.alerify.com (hbg.pa = Harrisburg, Pennsylvania).

Every announced prefix is registered to Alerify rather than to the AS holder, which is exactly the pattern that should trigger a second look. It clears on the history. Elevated MSP was formed in 2021 by combining Netrepid with Gibraltar IT, and Netrepid had itself acquired Pennsylvania Online (and its Harrisburg data centre) in 2009. In July 2024, Alerify, Inc. acquired the hosting and internet-services business of Elevated MSP. The registrant change is a post-acquisition artifact of that chain, not third-party IP leasing: it is one lineage of the same Harrisburg business, and the rDNS still wears all three brand names at once.
