Three of the four prefixes are consecutive — 204.153.212.0/24, 204.153.213.0/24 and 204.153.214.0/24 — announced as separate /24s rather than aggregated into a /22. That is normal when the blocks were assigned individually over time and never renumbered. Reverse DNS returned nothing on the eight addresses sampled, which is a sample and not a finding about the zone.
