CONNECTRIA-ASN-1 is Connectria, a St. Louis based managed hosting and managed cloud provider. The routing and the reverse DNS both say the same thing: this is a multi-datacenter hosting network running other companies' workloads.

RIS sees 66 IPv4 prefixes, 15,872 addresses, 7 IPv6 prefixes, and 6 observed neighbours. That combination is diagnostic. A large, heavily deaggregated address inventory paired with a tiny neighbour count is the shape of a hosting provider, not a carrier. Connectria buys transit from a few upstreams and sells compute and managed infrastructure, rather than selling connectivity onward. The v6 footprint under 2607:f148::/32 is self-consistent and properly its own.

Prefix registration confirms the operator. The blocks come back as CONNE-STL-10, CONNE-STL-11, CONNE-STL-12, CONNECTRIA-STL, CONNE-DAL-1 and CONN-DAL-1 — all registered to Connectria. The handles encode the sites: STL for St. Louis, DAL for Dallas. That is an operator naming its own inventory by facility, the opposite of the scattered-third-party pattern that flags IP leasing.

One prefix in the range, 166.95.33.0/24, is registered to Mallinckrodt LLC rather than Connectria. That is not a broker tell. It is a hosting customer's own space being announced by its provider, which is routine and is exactly what a managed-hosting AS looks like when a client brings addresses with it.
