• Carrying a slice of Telefônica Brasil's access space. RIS sees 24 IPv4 prefixes / 71,424 addresses and 9 IPv6 prefixes, against only 3 observed neighbours. The low peer count matters: a carrier's transit-selling AS peers with hundreds of networks, so an AS this size with three neighbours is a downstream piece of the group's estate, hanging off Telefônica's own backbone rather than facing the internet on its own.
• The IPv4 space is one 200.177.0.0/16 aggregate plus a long run of 200.176.x.0/24 deaggregates — legacy Telesp-era space, all in LACNIC.

Notable

• RDAP resolved for only two of the sampled prefixes, and both came back to org TELEFÔNICA BRASIL S.A (LACNIC handle 4614), confirming the holder against the registry. The rest of the lookups failed; a failed lookup is missing data, not a clearance and not a contradiction, so nothing here rests on them.
