AS11681 INTEGRITY

INTEGRITY is Integrity Networks, a regional internet provider based on the Fulton Mall in downtown Fresno, California, selling connectivity, fixed wireless and hosting to businesses across the Central Valley.

What it's used for

Business internet access and the services that ride along with it. The AS announces four v4 prefixes totalling 5,632 addresses (172.93.112.0/21, 204.14.160.0/21, 209.218.208.0/22 and 209.218.130.0/23) with two observed neighbours — a small provider buying transit rather than selling it.

The reverse DNS is what settles the customer type. Sampled addresses come back as …static.integritynet.com, the naming an ISP gives statically assigned customer space, plus mta.integritynet.com for the company's own mail infrastructure and gw.rmc-constructors.com — the gateway of a named construction firm sitting inside Integrity's block. A customer whose own domain appears on the router is a business circuit, not a residential subscriber pool.

Notable

All four prefixes are registered in ARIN to Integrity Networks itself. The netnames vary (INTEG-V4-2015, INTEGRITY-1, NEWE-INETG-RAS), and two of them carry an old RAS remote-access-server label from an earlier era of the business, but the org on every one is the holder. Self-registered space announced by its own holder, with first-party rDNS on top of it, is the clearest possible sign of a real operator.

The 172.93.112.0/21 block is registered under a handle marked 2015, showing this network was still picking up address space long after the low AS number would suggest.
