ATG-11608 is Accretive Networks, the network-operating entity of Seattle's Accretive Technology Group — the ARIN record gives the holder's address as 800 Stewart St, Seattle, the same downtown address as ATG, and the handle itself carries the parent's initials. ATG builds and runs large streaming and web-based video-chat platforms, so the AS exists primarily to serve that content.

What it's used for

Two things at once, which is why this network resists a single clean label. The self-registered blocks (ATG, ANI-001, ANI-002 — all org: Accretive Networks) carry the company's own platform and infrastructure; the sampled reverse DNS turns up ns2.accretive-networks.net, first-party nameservice on its own space. But the same AS also fronts legacy Pacific Northwest ISP space: 216.127.48.0/22 is registered to Cascadelink, and sampled PTRs on other blocks land in fciis.net (Fidalgo Networking, a Mount Vernon, WA ISP) and kwiky.com. Those are downstream regional networks riding Accretive's origin, not brokered address inventory — the registrants are named, findable Washington businesses, and the bulk of the space is self-registered with first-party rDNS.

RIS sees 43 announced v4 prefixes carrying 35,584 addresses, a single v6 /48 (2606:e600:ffff::/48), and 7 observed BGP neighbours. Almost every prefix is a /22 drawn from three legacy ranges — 207.66, 207.178, 216.127, plus some 207.246 — which reads as an accumulated ISP-era inventory rather than a modern allocation.

The single announced /48 is a token IPv6 presence against 43 v4 prefixes: registered, routed, and evidently not yet where the traffic lives.
