Today the AS carries Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, not anything of Xsigo's.

RIS sees 21 IPv4 prefixes and 19,968 addresses, plus 18 IPv6 prefixes drawn from Oracle's 2603:c04c::/32-era cloud allocations.

XSIGO-HQ-ASN names a company that has not existed since 2012 and a headquarters that is not Oracle's, and its ARIN registration dates to 2005, when Xsigo was still an independent startup. Prefixes spread across ARIN and RIPE would be a warning sign on an unknown holder, but here every one of them registers back to Oracle, so the scatter is just a large company's inventory.
