What it's used for

Enterprise and engineering IT. Despite the company's size, the routed footprint is modest: 216.228.112.0/20 is the anchor block, joined by a run of /23s and /24s in 72.25.64.0/18 space and small blocks in 24.51.x, 66.22.x and 8.36.120.0/24. Fourteen thousand addresses is a corporate WAN and campus edge, not a public cloud. NVIDIA's consumer-facing services and much of its compute sit in third-party clouds and CDNs on other ASes; what routes here is the company's own network.

The registrants line up cleanly: NVIDIA and NVIDIA-2 on the main blocks, and NVIDIA-UK on 72.25.104.0/23, all with NVIDIA as the organisation. A UK-named handle inside ARIN space is intra-company (an office or subsidiary's allocation out of the parent's ARIN holdings), not a third-party registrant, and it is not a leasing tell.
