The reverse DNS is the clearest evidence and it names the service, not customers. Sampled addresses resolve under wspbx.com — literally "WorkSmart PBX", the branding preserved in the AS handle — and each PTR carries an airport-style site tag: 208-77-7-5.sjc.wspbx.com, 208-77-6-5.iad.wspbx.com, 208-77-4-5.nam.wspbx.com. Those map to San Jose, Ashburn and a North-America anycast/generic label, so the four /24s are one /24 of platform per point of presence. That is how a multi-site SIP/media service is laid out: separate routable space per data centre so calls can be steered and each site withdrawn independently.

All four prefixes are registered in ARIN to org PanTerra Networks, Inc. under the network WORKSMARTNETWORKBACKBONE — registrant, announcer and rDNS all agree, which is what a genuine operator looks like. Note the PBX in the hostnames describes the workload: voice servers, not phone lines into homes.
