The honest answer is that the space is mixed and mostly not Altus's own, so this AS should not be geolocated or typed with confidence. Only one announced prefix, 64.79.224.0/19, is registered to Altus itself (ARIN org handle AC-351). The remaining announced space is registered to Aventice LLC (a Boca Raton, Florida address-holding / hosting outfit) across 154.36.80.0/22, 154.37.64.0/22 and two 204.217.x/23s, plus a RIPE-managed 45.80.96.0/22 whose netname is literally hosting-clients under a maintainer handle. That is space from more than one registry, registered to a party unrelated to the holder, carrying a generic "clients" netname.

None of the twelve addresses sampled returned a PTR, so there is no first-party reverse DNS to corroborate the holder's own use of the space.
