MSTS-NET is the corporate network of TreviPay, the Overland Park, Kansas B2B payments and trade-credit company formerly known as MSTS (Multi Service Technology Solutions). This is a single-company enterprise AS, not a service-provider network.

What it's used for

The footprint is exactly what a mid-size financial-services enterprise looks like from the outside: RIS sees 2 IPv4 prefixes, 204.8.29.0/24 and 204.8.31.0/24, totalling 512 addresses, no IPv6, and 3 observed neighbours. Both prefixes are registered to the holder's own MSTS-NET-BLK01 block, so this is space TreviPay holds directly rather than leased-in inventory. The handful of neighbours is the signature of a multihomed corporate edge buying transit for redundancy, rather than a carrier selling it. The sampled reverse DNS reinforces this: 204.8.31.5 resolves to hqvpngw5.multiservice.com, a head-office VPN concentrator named under the company's long-standing multiservice.com domain. The AS carries the company's own remote access, corporate infrastructure and customer-facing payments platform, which processes invoicing and trade credit for large merchants and their business buyers.

Notable

The ARIN registration dates to 1998, and unlike much of the surrounding AS11000 range this is a genuine long-held number rather than a recycled one. The org record still carries the internal MSTS handle, and the rDNS still carries the older Multi Service name, even though the public brand became TreviPay in 2021.

The registered address, 6450 Sprint Parkway, is the former Sprint headquarters campus in Overland Park, now the Aspiria development, where TreviPay took new corporate offices.
