MIS-NET is Midstream Integrity Services LLC, an oil-and-gas pipeline-integrity services company at 18615 Tuscany Stone, San Antonio, Texas (ARIN org MISL-30). Despite the low AS number this is a brand-new network: ARIN dates both the organisation (June 2023) and the ASN registration (July 2023) to 2023, so AS11244 is a recycled number issued to a modern holder, not a survivor of the early internet.
