ICONNECT is iConnect, a small Michigan technology company based in the Domino's Farms office park at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor. It is a business-to-business integration provider — a value-added network (VAN) running an any-to-any EDI and XML translation service (iExchangeWeb) that moves purchase orders, invoices and similar documents between trading partners.

What it's used for

Its own corporate and platform edge, nothing more. The AS announces a single IPv4 prefix — 38.105.33.0/24, 256 addresses — with no IPv6 and one observed neighbour in RIS. The /24 is registered to COGENT-A, meaning it is provider-assigned space from Cogent that iConnect announces under its own AS number rather than an allocation it holds itself.

Notable

One prefix, one upstream and provider-assigned space is a deliberately minimal footprint. A company of a few dozen staff running a document-exchange service needs a stable, externally reachable address range for trading partners to connect to and for its outbound mail and AS2/SFTP endpoints to originate from — and holding its own ASN means it can change transit provider without asking every partner to update an allow-list. That, rather than scale, is usually why a business this size appears in the routing table at all.
