Every announced prefix checked resolves back to NTHL as the registrant. Scattered /22s and /24s pulled from many different legacy /8s often signal an address broker, but here the space is self-registered and carries first-party hosting rDNS, which is what a hosting company that has grown by acquiring smaller providers looks like.
