Whatever IPv4 the hospital uses evidently comes from a provider and is announced by that provider, not from here.

The low AS number is misleading and worth saying plainly: this is not an old network. ARIN created the organisation record in December 2023, assigned the IPv6 block days later, and registered the AS number itself in March 2024. AS11021 is a recycled number handed to a brand-new holder — the sort of reissue that is common in this range and that makes "low number equals legacy operator" a bad assumption.

An IPv6-only BGP presence is still unusual, and here it is probably an artefact of timing: a network that started in 2024 with no IPv4 to speak of gets its own v6 allocation easily and rents v4 behind someone else's announcement.
