Business connectivity and wholesale fibre across Buenos Aires. RIS observes 190 announced IPv4 prefixes carrying 46,592 addresses, 60 IPv6 prefixes, and 111 observed BGP neighbours. That neighbour count against a fairly modest address pool is the interesting part: an eyeball network with 46,000 addresses would peer with a handful of upstreams, while a carrier that sells transit and interconnects at the local exchanges accumulates peers. Metrotel is the latter — a neutral fibre operator that serves enterprises and SMEs directly and hands off wholesale capacity to other carriers.

The reverse DNS confirms what the space itself carries: assignment-style names under cps.com.ar and cpsnet.com.ar, split between static. and dynamic. pools. Those are customer access addresses, not server farms.

Notable

Every large prefix — the 190.104.192.0/18 and 190.111.224.0/19 ranges, 190.12.96.0/20, 200.110.216.0/21 — is registered to CPS itself in LACNIC. One outlier, 136.238.230.0/24, is registered to Schindler in ARIN: a multinational customer announcing its own corporate space through its Argentine provider. That is ordinary customer routing, not leased address space.
