PNCBANK is PNC Bank, N.A., the Pittsburgh-headquartered US retail and commercial bank. It is an enterprise AS carrying the bank's own address space: branches, data centres, corporate sites and internet-facing banking services.

RIS sees 20 announced IPv4 prefixes covering 131,072 addresses, no IPv6, and only 4 observed neighbours. That combination is the whole story. A network with two /16s worth of space and four adjacencies is not selling anything to anyone; it is a large organisation buying transit at a small number of edges and keeping everything behind them.

The announcements are two legacy /16s, 161.150.0.0/16 and 170.201.0.0/16, each also advertised as its two constituent /17s, plus a set of /23s and /24s carved out of 161.150. Announcing the aggregate and its halves and selected more-specifics is standard enterprise traffic engineering across multiple internet edges, not customer delegation.

The one reverse-DNS sample, deliveryqa-origin-qa.pnc.com, is a first-party hostname and specifically a QA/pre-production content origin. That is a small but telling detail: the bank routes not only its public services but its internal test tiers out of this same publicly announced space, which is common in long-established enterprise networks built before RFC 1918 and NAT became the default posture.
