This is subscriber address space, not hosting or corporate infrastructure.

The handle is a good example of a name that reads as something it isn't. B2B2C looks like a business-to-business wholesale outfit, and the marketing term suggests an intermediary platform. It is simply the company's legal name, and the network it runs is an eyeball access network.
