That naming pattern — the IP itself templated into the hostname under the operator's own domain — is the standard way an ISP labels subscriber and pool addresses at scale, and it confirms Fox Valley both holds and operates the space rather than reselling it to a third party. The company delivers service over fixed wireless and cable to homes and small businesses across dozens of northern Illinois towns, and also sells VoIP, hosted email, and security services.

The announcement pattern is striking: 31 separate /24s and no covering aggregate. Deaggregating a /18 into its component /24s is usually a sign of address space allocated and lit up piecemeal over many years, and it is a common habit at long-lived small ISPs.
