That is one naming template — prd-bd- plus a random six-character token — spread across half a dozen different second-level domains, all of them email-list-hygiene or email-marketing brands. A single operator generating hostnames from one script while rotating the domain underneath them is the working shape of high-volume outbound email infrastructure, and public abuse-reporting services have flagged addresses in this range.
