The kind is corporate/enterprise, not eyeball, and two pieces of evidence separate it from the residential cable business. First, scale: 1,536 addresses cannot serve a cable ISP with millions of customers — Shaw's access pools are announced from AS6327. Second, content: 204.209.208.0/22 has historically hosted Shaw's own public web properties, and the sampled reverse DNS lands on rd1so-fe3-5.br.shawcable.net, a router hostname in Shaw's internal naming scheme, not a subscriber pool. Subscriber space in this network reads as S010600...vc.shawcable.net and similar; nothing of that shape appears here.

The more-specific announcements alongside the covering /22 are the ordinary signature of traffic engineering across two upstreams — steering inbound paths for a small but important block, which is what you do for corporate services rather than for a bulk access pool.
