AS10476 is registered to Cable Onda, for two decades Panama's largest cable television and broadband operator. Millicom bought a controlling stake in 2018, took full ownership in 2022, and retired the Cable Onda brand in favour of Tigo Panama — but the registry entry, and this AS number, still carry the old name.

Geolocation should place it in Panama and attribute it to the Tigo Panama group. Attributing it to "Cable Onda" as an independent company is now historical: the operating entity is Grupo de Comunicaciones Digitales, S.A., trading as Tigo.
